Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
From Month	The month from when the report must be generated.
From Day	The day from when the report must be generated.
To Month	The month until when the report must be generated.
To Day	The day until when the report must be generated.
Report Options	Available options include the following: Reservation Guests - Generates a report with only the reservation guests’ details. In-House Guests - Generates a report with only the in-house guests’ details. Past Guests - Generates a report with only the historical guests’ details. All Guests - Generates a report with details of all guests.

Birthday	The birthdate of the guest in MM:DD format.
Name	The last name and first name of the guest.
Status	The reservation status of the stay.
Address	The address of the guest.
Company	The name of the company to which the guest belongs.
